So long as the finished product of your entry is in the oekaki and is of high quality, it should be fine.


edit for clarification----- so yes it can be off oekaki like. in photoshop or whatever so long as it can be transfered in there somehow, either by yourself or someone else. its fine. also if its a really good design and you can't get anybody to transfer it then just post it here and ill still accept it as an entry
