@chinchy- asdfg;; thanks! and i know nothing about dog genetics, even though some sources when researching cat genes said i should've probably started there lol
@_ravenfeather_ - aah i'm glad it feels better! i'm trying to make sure at least most of the folks here feel comfy, i feel its the least i can do as a mod.
@dinolil1 - no prob!! the update definitely feels more like the right choice now after hearing feedback about it haha.
@christmas in july - yES! Cloudedfur - [shorthaired solid gray w. high white spotting] Unnamed - [shorthaired solid black w. low white spotting]
all kits will be shorthaired.
all kits will be black, unless the father carries dilute, in which case half the kits will be gray.
all kits will have white spotting like their parents, either the same as a clouded or the father, tho given clouded's high grade they're all more likely to have her's? :0

create a clan 5+ year old warrior cats arpg with a focus on writing and world building
@Katrione This sounds exciting! Very curious about these raffle cats
@deimos I like this new rule, but I will say that I'm glad it was shortened. I feel like it would be really draining (for me, at least) responding to three people with every post. Social anxiety sucks...
@stargazer~ - oh prob! i'm so sorry, i should've considered social anxiety hindering the ability to reply to that amount of people in the first place since i have it myself! i guess i've gotten so comfortable with the community it just doesn't really bother me here as much as it used to? :'0

@ deimos ;; aaaa it seems my alpinenose and my wickerfur are totally unique, i’m very happy about that! surprised that hound- has been used multiple times, however. when i get home, i’ll post a list of possible prefixes for cats, and what prefixes i gave to my cats based off of their coats.
@Deimos At some point, should I upload my document of possible prefixes online somewhere and send you the link? Loads of them won't make any sense to anyone else or are really place specific, so it might be worth noting something to do with them in general like "(ex. UK)" or something so people know they won't necessarily fit other settings (but I don't mind people using them anyway, as long as they know). Might also be worth noting which names haven't been used yet, potentially, but you might want to do that last in case it keeps changing... Which would definitely not largely be my fault
- Deimos, I'd suggest looking at Ailuronymy for help! They're traditional and specialize in UK names so be sure to try and keep an eye out for differences in certain systems.
I have a new apprentice and I'm looking for names! I have Rye-, Acorn-, Reed- and Wren- so far but I'd like to see some of your inputs!
