so glad the halloween event has FINALLY started! wish it could've started earlier though

i came across this treat-or-trick giver (is that what they're called?) and as a treat they actually offer sketches of your trick-or-treat/ any char you have which i thought was so cool!

I'm not sure what to do... I send 1st day PM to someone who was "on"... he read my story but not reply until today... but everytime when I look at him, their lights are only "off"
I know that I can re-send message when they not reply for 3 days... but can i do it even when have lights off?

No, you have to resend it when their lights are on. And only if they haven't responded.

You would post a new form but make it very clear in/above the form that you had already been accepted as a treater only. (:

It still needs to be accepted before you can start using it.

Are we able to add scenery items into our dress ups if they’ve already been accepted? It’s not changing the costume itself, but some of the items I recently got from the even go great with my pets outfit. So is that okay.?
