from what iv read its not in game yet.
when they are the only way to get it is by trading pokemon

Yeah that's always a shame.
Tyrogue can't be caught in the wild. It's egg-exclusive like the rest of the baby Pokemon. Unfortunately, all three of it's evolutions are pretty rare as far as I can tell. I have played since release, and I have only ever caught one Hitmonlee and one Hitmonchan. Still to catch a Hitmontop, or even hatch my first Tyrogue.
