FR MODS ACTUALLY GAVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER!

I made a general chat thread asking for experiences and advice on my besties possible high risk pregnancy and it got deleted with the mods typical message quoting rules with no explanations of WHY it was deleted.
I sent a "contact us" citing the thread and the mod deletion reply and basically freaked the crap out on them.

My thread asking for advice on my best friends possible high risk pregnancy and her callousness about choosing a job over being careful was removed and I got a PM saying I was posting extremely sexual things and super violent acts and it was removed. Neither of which I did. Unless the fact I talked about pregnancy was why. I just want to know EXACTLY why because I really wanted help with this and I hate how dang vague you guys are. Pointing out a rule does NOT explain why nor does it say what we did. But that'as here nor there. I just wanted advice and my thread was removed and I wanted to have an explanation.

Which I'm ashamed of but you know what, I'm sick of vague frapping replies to every dang thing. Give us AN EXPLANATION DARNIT!

But they replied within the day with this.

After some investigation, we've found that the thread was inappropriate for the forums due the request for medical advice and graphic descriptions. We do see that the violation quoted was not entirely accurate and we will work to improve that to better help with clarity.

Regarding the notification, our moderators are required to only include the Site Rules and Terms. We request players go through Contact Us, as you've done, for any further comments, questions, or concerns regarding the thread moderation.

I actually got a REASON why it was deleted. Not so much on the graphic descriptions part since I didn't describe ANYTHING but meh. XD

But I'm happy they actually cared enough to answer a question the CORRECT way. But why the frappe are mods discouraged from giving reasons why they do things? That's stupid and overly complicated. T.T
