What game do you own: New Leaf!
Friend Code: I'm not sure how to find it, rip

I really like my first villagers! (Just started on Christmas) But does anyone have a Shampoodle I could go to? I'd really like to change my hair to match my mayor's namesake. (He was kind of named after my favorite cartoon character... with a twist!) I've already found quite a lot of fish -- I think my best catch so far is an oarfish!

    @aaron
    oh wow!! i'm only level 29 (and i thought that was pretty good haha)

    okay so, i kind of want to reset my town in new leaf.
    i want it to look nice, but i'm finding it kind of hard with where all my villagers houses are and stuff.

    the thing is, it takes so long to get the sewing machine and kicks and everything. i want a different layout, but not to go through upgrading all the stores.
    i can probably give all my items and bells to someone to hold onto though

    so should i do it? is it really worth it?

Well, I've got a question.
in New Leaf, at some point I ended up getting a durian and a banana from two of my villagers. I was interested in having new fruit trees (peach town), so I planted them, and in 'two days' (I'm guilty of time traveling -- it's nearly February in my town) later, they were... Gone. Just gone. I'd planted them right on the side of the river near my house, watered them on the first day, but since they didn't seem to water like flowers did (AKA sparkle), i did not bother on the second day, which I time traveled to. They looked slightly bigger than when I planted them on the first day. Nobody moved into that space -- what could have caused them to dissapear? I know time travelling kills turnips, but it didn't seem to kill the trees, seeing as they were there on the second day of planting that I skipped ahead to. ;^;

    @hamkid

    if they are right by the river, you may be planting them to close to the water.

I'm not sure about durians, but for bananas you've got to plant them on the beach else they won't grow.
