Club/Army Rules

Um i was wondering, what if a club was made about a particular topic, and no one has posted there for a while, and whenever you try to make contact your sort of ignored (like no one responds), can you remake the topic? Or does that go against the double club/army rule.

Never mind. It was taken care of.

Rules are a good thing to have. I think these rules are pretty fair, sadly, there are some people that don't believe that....

I want to ask officially just to know if I was in the wrong or not.

It says no multiple clubs, but are people allowed to make an army and a club on the same topic? Isn't it the same thing? Or is it different?

It's the same thing, basically.

Ex: if there's a Purple Toxic Army, there shouldn't be a Purple Toxic Club. It's just redundant.

I have a similar question to this. If it hasn't been posted on for about a year, can we drag it up? Or just make a new one?

I believe I have a question.
I was thinking about making a Halloween "army" so I searched it up, and saw that the last one, it seemed pretty much dead, seeing the top five most recent posts were made in 2009.
Though, someone bumped it up in 2011, January, but has gotten no reply whatsoever.

So now I'm wondering, would it be alright to make a new one?

If there's already a club out there that you had an idea for but hasn't been active for over a month are you still allowed to make a duplicate or no?
