Oki or Harmony versus Dusk Surge, which CF would pair better?

Either one would pair quite well with dusk surge.

Oki's design is a bit more simple in a way while harmony has a much more complex design.

But I'm vastly more interested in seeing harmony and Dusk surges patterns pair together.
