If skyler is your progen or rangen (Meaning one of the first two dergs in your lair) then you can't sell him as he is not allowed to leave your lair unless you exalt him.

What is your FR? I can just give you 45 gems (that you can translate to treasure) as a little starting-off gift

Helps if you post a link to said dragon instead of just an image. C;

I did a bit of digging and looks like he is one of your progens; the random one, based on the ID procession from your other first gen. C; The only way a progen can leave your lair is if you exalt it - if you choose to do this, you will get nothing for it (no treasure, etc).
I suggest keeping him around until you are absolutely sure that you don't want him to be a part of your lair's story.
