I think I'm going to say either Glory or Starflight c:

Starflight because he's smart, nervous, scared of everything and loves scrolls . He doesn't know how to tell Sunny that he loves her.

Glory because she's sarcastic (seems that way) but she's actually really kind and considerate. Also, in The Dark Secret, she was the only one whose dreams Starflight visited realised that he had found a dreamvisitor. She has a great memory c:

The actual story is set a few thousand years back in the dragon world. The book was released between 8 and 9, though.

gonna join with a discussion, do you think mastermind deserved the hatred from starflight and the punishment he recieved? i always really felt bad for him, he seemed genuenly curious about rainwings and seemed like he was just a big dork who didnt know any better, he also cared alot for battlewinner and seriously loved starflight. it kinda breaks my heart that he cant hang out with his son and talk over scrolls.
