Despite the Oekaki name, hybrids AND fusions are allowed.
Rules:
* Upon designing, regardless of if you win, the design is to be owned by Bloody Paws.
* Regardless of who wins, Bloody Paws is required to provide a random wishlist pet of rare or lower rarity, given he has a pet on the user's wishlist, upon the deadline date (February 8th, 2024)
* Off-Oekaki designs are allowed as long as there is a cover image on Oekaki to put the design in the post of.
* This design competition is not about skill, and is beginner-friendly. It is about the effort put into the design.
* Eevee or one of it's evolutions HAVE to be used as one of the recognizable portions of the hybrid/fusion. Custom Eeveelutions of an existing or new typing are allowed to be submitted instead of a hybrid/fusion.
