Question - Is it possible that a guest artist can become a regular artist if their art gets better throughout the adopts they make? :0
Will reasonably overpay for this 2012 Summer Event dog

I know that there will be more competitions if we get larger as an adoptable.

- a question about the markings; are the ones on the layer labeled "Markings" mandatory? or are they just starter markings Chia drew?
