I know, it looks like a scribble. I made this to show my artists what is and isn't allowed for color.

The top one, the white and pure hex rainbow, is not allowed. Those are considered the neon colors. On special occasion I will send an artist and tell them it's okay to maybe make a batch of 3-4. That will be probably every few months or for a holiday.

The bottom colors, the pastels, grays, dark colors and mixes of gray/color are allowed.

Remember - Neon designs can be allowed, long as it does not consume the whole Dream Keeper. The tail and feathers can be neon, along with the nose and eye. ^-^
