What is a Gharino?
A Gharino is a rhino crossed with a gharial. They have a thick snout which helps them defend themselves and catch prey easily. They typically spend at least two hours a day in thick murky water to keep their coat gleaming and shiny. They are often classified in the group 'reptiles' because of their gharial-like face. However, they aren't classified in any group officially. They are carnivores and will practically eat anything up to the size of a deer. They are extremely intelligent and fast, don't let their muscular body fool you.

A female gharino typically lay one egg, two at the most. Due to their protective nature it's very likely that their offspring will survive. The eggs can be infertile, however this is extremely rare and happens only on special occasions.Mothers are occasionally very protective of the eggs.They often will chase the father away from the eggs,even though the father does not appeal to be a threat the the eggs.Mothers will often spend over months laying on the eggs until they officially hatch.Infertile eggs will often be eaten by the father.
An baby Gharino will stay with its mother for two months before it is fully grown and has almost reached the size of 4 feet.It they do not leave,they are usually driven out by the father.
