the head -
a little big, but not by much, you may also want it to look more upwards than down. It looks sad :c
the ears are a tad far up, push the back a bit, make more forehead c:
Your eyes aren't bad c: they are in a perfect spot and look great!
the nose is perfect, a little big but it looks cute <3
the fur-
your fur is great, its in a good spot and you drew it well c:
paws-
I can't really help you there as I am not really good with realistic paws.
They look good, but the toes seem far apart, maybe make them facing forward instead of to the side?
But overall, better than I can do c:
body-
the body is overall good c:
the thighs and shoulders are a bit thin looking to me, maybe make them a little wider?
your art is not bad, just minor tweaking and it will look ten times better! <3
