Story: Bullet was an abuse case, he had been repeatedly hit and ran until exhausted. When he was found he was 100lbs underweight, he had many sore and open wound that had been infected and he was very skittish. He has been mostly healed, his cuts are all but gone and he has put on all of his weight again but he is still very skittish and will require a good hand, and plenty of training to return him to a good and calm horse. He is ride-able, he had no leg problems aside from the healed sores, but other than his nervous demeanor his is very healthy.

Could I change his breed to a QH, so he can be used for anything, all around?
