Special thanks to kip! for naming my new character, Toonie!

Ever since I drew this first picture of Toonie,others wanted me to draw him more. So, here he is! And a fullbody to be exact!
I know there's a few errors, but like the old day cartoons, the characters don't really follow the anatomy rules! Which leaves me open for new things and artistic freedom. In art, rules are always meant to be broken to grow as an artist.

Other than that, feel free to draw him!
All I ask is to credit me, and PM me with the link to the drawing so that way I can see! ChickenSmoothie doesn't have a way to notify people if they've been mentioned. (And please don't claim him as yours)
