Actually, I pick most forms at random. Smooth talk and compliments don't always help when I'm picking a new owner for a dog.
Also, in case you're wondering (because you seem to be), I'm a she.

XD Really? I thought you judged by like.. what you'd name, gender, and reasons why you want it.

And thanks. I also don't like to call people genders, if I don't know, since I don't want to call like a girl a boy, or a boy a girl. It'd be really awkward. O.o
