Harmonious Disaster (Vocaloid RP)

This is a random RP idea I had, please forgive the slight-unfinishedness.

Plot:
The creation of Vocaloids was hugely loved by the people. Their voices were entrancing, and as popularity soared, more and more of the singing robots were brought into existence. It was all perfect: beautiful melodies sung by willing programs.
Which, as the humans should have known, would never have lasted.
Development occurred, in an effort to make each companies' Vocaloids better then their competitors. It all went wrong very quickly. It began with once Vocaloid, who's name was never released. During the tests, his voice rang clear and was amazing. Save for one issue; everyone who heard it started screaming, covering their ears to silence the sound. His voice sprouted insanity in the minds of whoever heard it. While that unfortunate Vocaloid was soon destroyed, the others followed suit, their voices beginning to have the same effect as his. Then, a second batch of Vocaloids came through, these ones made to not have melodies with such a terrifying effect. While they didn't, their melodies were even more feared. Anyone who heard their wonderful song was forced to obey the words they sang. From there, the order came quickly. The first batch, those of the maddening voices, who were currently undergoing attempts at fixing the problem, were to be destroyed. The second group as well. While most were effectively deleted, some escaped. They don't understand why, but their purpose in life has become causing chaos to the city. Some just hide and live as 'human' a life as they can, but nearly all prefer mayhem. However, there were those who stayed behind with their creators. Rather then being destroyed, they have received a new task; eliminate the escapees. They live for this purpose, it was been programmed into them, and they will stop at nothing to destroy the others. Now, the chaos-causers, those who seek to destroy them, and some rather unfortunate humans are about to meet...

About the different types of characters:

Vocaloids: They are as explained above. Their voice either causes insanity or makes the listener obey their melodic commands. There are two groups of them now. There are the ones that escaped death and ran away, fixed on causing panic among the city. Some of this group do hide away, but not many.... The other group are the ones that stayed with their creators. They are now programmed with the task of destroying the first group. Any interactions always end badly.
To explain:
'Good' Vocaloids are the ones who try to delete the mayhem-causers.
'Bad' Vocaloids are the mayhem causers.
'Neutral' Vocaloids are, obviously, neutral. There are very few of them.

Utaus and Fan-Made Vocaloids: Like Haine Ren and Kasane Teto. Vocaloid OCs also fall into this category. They are as the name describes; Vocaloids that weren't made by the big companies. Therefore, they were never as 'great' as the actual Vocaloids. For that reason, while they too can either charm or madden humans, their abilities have irregularities and aren't as effective. They are to be viewed as a threat, however, and are also hunted by the second group of Vocaloids mentioned above.

Humans: Must I say more? They're humans. No super-humans allowed, they are all effected by the effects of the Vocaloid's songs. Some might try to befriend them, and a fair amount of them aren't programmed to not love humans. Some though, are.

Rules

1. No Mary-sues/Gary-Stus. I simply will not accept them.
2. No powerplaying, unless it's a charmspeaking Vocaloid talking to human. That's allowed.
3. Three lines minimum, preferably more.
4. Three character a person MAX, and you may not have three females.
5. All of the usual RP rules
6. Any, any, no matter how indirect, insults to other RPers will get an instant-ban.

Personality: Mikuo is quite cheery and hyperactive, he is almost never seen still. With a happy-go-lucky attitude, it's hard to upset him, although his smiles have a tendency to be mocking. With a sarcastic approach to arguments, he can get people annoyed at him with some ease, a sport which he enjoys. Verbal wars and pranks are some of his favorite things strangely enough. He's reckless and has a fierce temper, a bad combination. Once he's mad -which thankfully doesn't happen often- Mikuo fights practically to the death. Still, he has no issues with running away from his problems, if he isn't angered anyways. Serious, calm, or dark people have a tendency to hate him, and he responds in the like. He is a mayhem-causer, and loves watching humans panic.
Skill?: His voice is maddening to humans.
Evil or neutral? Evil.
History: He had the typical history of a fan-made vocaloid: he was created by an eager group of people hoping that they would make some money in the quickly growing demand for Vocaloids. Mikuo surpassed their expectations, and for a few months all seemed well. Then the people who made him, one by one, went insane as his skill took shape. After that, he ran. After meeting a few 'evil' Vocaloids and nearly being deleted by a 'good', he joined the other ill-intended ones in wreaking havoc on the city.

History: When most of the other Vocaloids ran off and either became neutral to everything or started causing wide-spread panic, she remained with her creators. Viewing the Vocaloids who's goal was to raise panic among the humans as failures, her life's purpose, both out of her won free will and programmed into her, is to destroy them. While she smiles for the neutrals and humans, she is probably tailing one of the evil ones.

Personality : He is slightly rude and doesn't like being around with anyone. He can't trust anyone, even you try talking polite he'll just give you a stare and walk away. He's been through a lot, he some what feels like he was the only one that's been throught the worst through out everyone else around him. You'll never see him around with anyone, he'll be sitting by himself during lunch time. Oh and even during lunch time you'll even seeing him eating nothing at all. He'll never eat the lunch food, not even an apple. Pretty much nobody knows, much of this guy all they know that he was transfer from the another school and doesn't really have friends at all. And yeah thats true he doesn't have any friends, he doesn't need any, he doesn't mind being around by himself for his whole life. Pretty much you wont see him wearing short sleeve shirts, he ways long sleeves and a sweater even on a hot summer day and it doesn't bother him.
History : When he was 2 years old his mother left, him, his brother, and his father. But for a good reason, she had to move out to another country to get a job and earn money. Back then Cody was poor so his parents work hard to get as many money as they could. They earn every little money though, but anyway they seem to manage to save enought money for food, clothes, and the bill. Cody's mother always sent letters if everything were alright and stuff and sends money too. So yeah, when Cody was 6 something tragic happen, that day was the worst / saddest day he ever had. Some couple of stranger knocked onto there door wanting there father. He was the one that answered and stuff and got shot on the leg, he quickly escape and grabbed Cody and Mark to the back yard and hid them behind the trash can. Cody remembers every single piece from this night. He even asked his brother about that night, but he said he couldn't remember, but hiding behind a trash can. He father tolf them both the he'll be back, once he got up and walked out of the trash cans. BANG! There his father fall to the ground, his blood was making a puddle. Cody couldn't stop crying, they man that shot his father ran off. Good thing that Cody got a look from that guy, cause the next day he bring his bat and went to search for that man. It took him a whole day to find him, but anyway he killed him. So yeah, Mark and Cody were starving for 2 weeks til the nice old lady next door notices them and there dead father by there side. She got scared when she saw the her dead father. She took them home and took good care of them. So she called the cops and did funeral about it, thought Cody was the one crying the most. Cause his father was the only man that would make him smile. Not even the old lady can make him smile even if she trys, he still wouldn't. Now when he turned 10 this was the last time he'll be celebrating his birthday. So months pass and the old lady passed away from old age. Pretty much Cody had a habit to kill the mail man that passed by. His brother was scared yet confused about what happened to the mail man. 3 days later the old ladies grand daughter went to check on her, when she saw her she burst into tears. About during the last three weeks she took care of Mark and Cody and did a funeral. So when that was over she took them to an orphage. Pretty much this is a very long story I'll finish the rest later. So yeah, WIP.

Dislikes : He hate pretty much hates about anything.
Habits : If he were closest to someone, he'll be having a habit on killing anyone or whoever killed them, if he saw whoever did.
