In this rp you are a new representive (or a nation that hasn't meet anyone yet). One day you decide to go meet the
other nations to make allies. Ah-Ha! A world meeting is coming up! You go to the world meeting hoping that at
least some of the nations are friendly. When you get there you notice that there are doubles of everyone, but the
doubles' are slightly different... in more ways than one. I wonder if YOU have one??
Ba-BA- BaDUM WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF...... HETALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
( You can either make allies or foes. It is all up to you. And you can be a 1p,2p or play both!)

RULES:
1. No bullying or teasing or you will be banned from this rp
2. No over powered oc's
3. If someone beat you to making a oc for a nation do not be a jerk about it
4. NO FOUL LANGUAGE
5. You can have more than one oc just make sure you can handle the amout you choose
6. You can be cannon characters just make sure there is no ooc
7. No controlling others characters
8. You can do accents
9. If you want your oc in a realtionship with someone eles's oc ask permission
10. DO NOT make a fuss if someone's oc's or couple is gay or bi
11. DO NOT disrepect others ships, you can say " Cool I ship it too!" but that is about it
12. One picture for each oc you have or describe it. DO NOT spam
13. No drama out of rp, in rp drama is allowed
14. You can have in oc-oc drama but don't let it overtake the rp

Forums: you can create your own, please put the basic's and add what realtionships(if they are in one) their in.


We will start when there is enough people, at least 5 but there can be more.

Personality: Chirper, oppmistic, VERY loyal, will do anything in her will power to protet the ones she loves, if angered to a point she will fight you, does not care if your a cannibol or gay she will see you as a equal
History: She is almost as old as time. She was born around the same time a icey wasteland appeared on Earth. When she got in a fight with General Winter, she acciendtly caused the ice age.Oops. She helped raised Anarctica, whom she considers her brother, but when he was 5 General Winter took him and messed him up. After a few millenea she saw Anatarcic again, but he was cruel. And lets just say Arctic got the hang of knowing what herbs to put on deep stracthes. O-o. Years and years this went on until she met up with Kuro, who took her away from Anarctica. Kuro softened a bit after meeting Arctic, wanting to change himself so that Arctic wouldn't leave him. He didn't have to change that much cause Arctic loved him.

History: Raised by Arctic for a short time, and during that time was a adorable sweet little chibi. But that time didn't last long, Genearl Winter took him and messed him up. He is a man science and won't believe in anything until he can disect it and see what it is made of. Very mean and is not a social person.
