she smiled hugging him he was the only person she ever hugged. "i missed you carlos: she said softly. she had been lonley on the island he ahd been her only frind even there. "i already like it hear cause you are here:" she said.

He wasn't quite used to get hugged but since she hugged him he couldn't do anything else but hug her back. "I'm glad you do because from now on, this will be your home." he replied smiling back at her. "Anything you're wondering about?"

"My nickname is rose.." She responded truthfully before she tilted her head. "Wicked beast?" She asked curiously at what he had said. "My father? I heard it was your father that was more animalistic then my own."

Halstein was baffled to hear anyone speak of his father as being animalistic. "My father wasn't the giant beast. He was a simple man in love. It wasn't his fault your father stole Belle away." He said, speaking firmly but without any anger.

"it was a curse, my father had no other choice but to endure it." She responded calmly and stood in her place. "It wasn't my father's fault my mother fell in love with him." She responded again and kept her gaze on his, "tell me, if a beast presented itself and 'kidnapped' me as your father would call it. Would you kill it like a hunter or face it like a man? Would you act like an animal or a true human?"

Halstein's smile dimmed at this question, as he responded, "Kill it. Kidnapping is a crime. And if your father had the right to put all those so called "villains" and their children on an island, separated from the rest of the world, why shouldn't I have the right to kill a beast who kidnapped you? Would you rather I trap it on an island to live out it's days in isolation?" His voice was cold, but his eyes remained chipper, confident he had won the argument.

"What my father did was righteous..would you prefer an everyday world where wrong occurs and is always defeated. My brother has given you a chance against my own father's will." She responded calmly keeping her temper cooled. "And may I say, my father was isolated from the world as a cursed human for years until he found my mother." She scolded and sighed, "there is no right and no wrong to this argument, we both share a point."

Halstein rolled his eyes at the mention of Rosalind's brother, that puny king meant very little to him. "I see." He responded cooly, crossing his muscular arms. Deciding he was sick of debating this he added, "Enough about our parents, let's talk about us." Once again a charming grin sprouted on his face, as he awaited her cry of yes please let's talk about how gorgeous you are.
