Is there a place where peculiar people live together? The answer is yes, and you are on your way there. You were sent off to a school that is out in the middle of an island. Whether you are human, or a peculiar. Humans are sent here to be put away from the world from something they did. Whether it be committing a murder, theft, or so on… Peculiars are sent here to either be hidden or be safe, or for the same reason for humans. What is “peculiar”? A peculiar is someone who has special abilities. Vampires, werewolves, and shape shifters are a few examples of peculiars. There are many more than the world thinks there are.

Mrs. Dust


The head mistress doesn't like to full around much when it comes to the students in the school. She may be very protective over them, but she will not tolerate ignorance. Mrs. Dust shifts into a Golden Eagle, but no one realizes she is a shifter because she never seems to shift around the students.

7. Please wait for me to assign your dorm room. There will be 2 people per dorm. Girls and guys will not share the same rooms. If you request a number please say so. You are also able to change dorms.
8. Please put “Cats20” so I know you read the rules, if you don't put this, I will NOT accept you.
9. Don't rp much without me, I'm usually on everyday unless something happens. I just don't like going through the pages to see what happened XD
10. Don't mess with the head mistress then continue to disobey her. It gets really annoying.

History: Alex was constantly being made fun of and been given hell sense he was a kid for his sexuality and his gifts. He parents even gave him hell about it, so he suggested them to send him to “The Home for Peculiars”. They agreed and sent him.

History: Lumina was bullied all through her childhood. Her parents had abandoned her on the street to fend for herself. She looked for a good home for her when she came across an ad laying on the side of the street about the school for peculiars. She called the number on a pay phone and they came and got her right away.

History: As a young girl Sky shot someone who she thought was breaking into the house. She didn’t know who it was and her daddy always told her to shoot whoever came in the house that she didn’t know who it was. Turned out it was a man from the FBI. She was soon sent to the school when she was old enough.

Her parents abandoned her when they found out about this, so she lived on her own. The ocean was her only home. When she found out about the school she called and was on her way as soon as she could.

The boy’s lungs were full of water and chlorine. People always blamed Tyler for the loss of the boy’s life, so he decided to go this school to get away from the people who judged him.

She wants friend but is so afraid they'll reject her.
History: Alexandria was treated badly at her last school. Everyone calling her a freak of nature and being rude to her. They did things that ranged from calling her names to tripping her in the hallway, and many others. Her parents accepted her but dasly her father died when she was a young girl, her mother was a very depressed woman after that but always took care of Alexandria, but soon she got tired of her and even more depressed. Then she killed herself, right in front of Alexandria. Alexandria still has nightmares about it and wonders if her mother even actually loved her. After awhile she saw an ad in the phonebook about this school with no hesitation she called.

Lance was sitting on the beach, watching the waves. He was glad to get away from the real world, because he knew he wouldn't end up killing some random person that didn't deserve to die.

Alex was running through the woods in his fox form. He leaped happily, chasing a little rabbit.

Lumina was leaned up against the outside wall with her guitar and notebook.

Skyly was outside drawing the animals that were coming near her. She giggled softly as two squirrels were chasing each other.
