Admiring Leapard's sense of Leadership, she adjusted the gas mask on her face. Mr.Noboru had given her one in the shape of a muzzle. He figured just in case something happened to make her collar snap and she'd transformed fully. She silently pleaded for that not to happen. Her team mates already had enough to worry over. Fenhoko was brung from her thoughts as Leapard suddenly held her hand out to her asking if she was ready to go. Nodding she grasped her comrade's hand ready to do her part on this mission.

Inside the house, Faun continued looking for a phone. She checked inside her father's room and back in the living room. With no luck she started to feel more uneasy. Going into the kitchen, she searched inside a few drawers until she found a flip phone. Her eyes lit up as she snatched it from its resting place. "Now I can call him!" She began typing in the explosive's heroes number.

As soon as Fenhoko grabbed her hand, Toshika smiled brightly beneath her mask and guided her to her back. Before she hoisted her up her back however, a thought came to her mind, and she paused. Considering the urgency, it's likely the villains know we're coming. Which means they're on their guard.

She turned to Valtablack. "Hey, if possible, could you scout ahead and get a general sense of where the villains are? We're going to try and keep out of sight, but it's helpful to have some extra eyes so we don't end up running into a pack of villains."

Another pause. She then turned to Shoto, a hidden smile under her mask. "Also, I defintely don't hope we need it... but if the area is too crowded, could you or some backup create a nice little distraction? At the very least, it'll even out the field a little."

Fumihito Sanada

He was restless. He fiddled with the suit, that even after three years didn't really feel his. Richard reached into the air, as if trying to see above the other heroes, while Lewis tapped impatiently on his shoulder. Fumihito didn't make a single attempt to stop them.

It was kind of ironic, really. He was at the very back of the wall of heroes. He had to. Unlike the ones at the forefront, he couldn't properly conceal his whole body whilst still using his quirk. Even if his suit covered every piece of skin around the hole in his back, no gloves in the world could cover Richard and Lewis and still allow their neccessary freedom. He was only there in case the girl didn't use their quirk and they absolutely needed him. Chances of that were low. He should feel safe... and yet...

He looked in the distance, towards the spot where Toshika was with her squad.

He was safe.

She wasn't.

And that was what unnerved him.

was put up and organized. granted, there wasn't going to be any guests or something of the sort- she thought it would be nice to just to tidy up before coming back home from her walk...afterall, she just wanted to get caught up on her favorite show once the new episode releases later...maybe with mèrlin when he gets home...if he gets home that is. averill shook her head. no need to be thinking of that. besides, he doesn't need to be sleeping during the show; the last time that he had done that she had no choice but to spoil it for him- mostly because she thought he was awake. poor mèrlin. he refused to watch the spoiled episode just because his favorite character has perished in a fire. it was a supporting character, "...but that's not the point," he would say. at least he had spared himself momentarily from watching the character's death...that was until the recap happened. that was an emotional night.

averill giggled at that memory before grabbing her bag and laptop from the kitchen- shoving the device in her bag before heading over towards the front door. she apporached the coat hanger to grab her brother's windbreaker to throw on. yes, it was a bit oversized for her, but honestly it kept her warm- and that's what was important...she had all the power in the world to throw it in the dryer to shrink it for herself- but she wouldn't want to ruin a jacket that nearly costed an arm and leg. that wouldn't stop anybody from doing such a thing...it was quite tempting actually, but she decided against it. she wasn't going to be that person to commit such a crime like that...or that's what she believed. one day she'll cave in and shrink it...but today was not the day. instead, she headed out, pulling her headphones and rested them around her neck. it wasn't that bad of an idea to listen to music while out on a walk- right? right???

safety of always being aware of your surroundings. something that both of them had to take a moment together due to the sea of memories that the lecture had thrown them in. but honestly he trusted her enough to keep her chin up and always be alert...you may not know who could be lurking in every corner. you would think that he would be more worried about her- and you'd be right...that's if avery didn't take that spot. which she had every right to. and besides, she was home safe- waiting for her show to come on...which wouldn't be on for the next several hours- but he could always hope for an early showing.

that's right...hope.

nemona drew in a long breath, running his fingers through his hair before letting out a long sigh- which he tried to pass it off as a yawn, something that he desperately failed at. he took a glance at the others that he stood close to, waiting for one of them to say something- hopefully none of them did so he could go back to his thought process, rerunning the plan through his head, waiting for the word for them to move on and help if need be.

he was quite honestly surprised that the five were chosen to be lead in first- which at the same time he wasn't. he was in their shoes not that long ago- say about three to five years tops. even though he couldn't quite land into an agency very easily (as he like to say it was like a newbie piolt trying to fly a plane on his own).there were so many interveiws that he failed- granted there was a few agencies that were intrested in him- but ghosted him afterwards...at least he still held a hero liscence so he wasn't really doing anything illegal...although his sister loved to remind him...she still rooted for him despite all the troubles- but how long could he really keep it up?

Luckily his phone was on vibrate as it buzzed away in his pocket. He tried to ignore it cause he wanted to be ready to move in. After a few more buzzes, the explosive quirk user's brow furrowed and yanked the phone from his pocket. He seen a number he didn't recognize and declined the call. As he went to put it back in his pocket, the phone rang again. "Tch!" He answered it, "Look idiot, stop.." Bakugo stopped mid sentence as he listened to Faun talk rapidly. His eyes darted forward to the house and he moved to the front of the waiting heroes. He confirmed the information that the little girl said was true. The villain known as 'Quake' had been alerted that they were coming. Suddenly he watched as the villain went inside the house. He heard everything that was said:

"You d*mn brat! Why can't you be a good niece and listen!?" He snatched the phone not knowing the call was still going. He raised his hand and the bright orange glow illuminated inches away from Faun's face. He heard her scream being terrified of being burned. Lowering his hand, he picked up the child and walked to his brother's basement door. Opening it, he put her on the steps. "I know Kai tells you to never go down there, but today I need you too. I NEED you to listen Faun. And don't come out what so ever." Quake closed the door and activated the security lock. He tossed the phone to the floor and went back to welcoming the uninvited guests.

Telling his driver to stop a little ways down the street, Kai got out of the car. He spotted a small group of people gathered near and knew right away his brother wasn't lying. His eye twitched as he slid a glove off his hand, "You heroes always have to stick your nose in business that doesn't concern you!" Slamming his hand to the ground, it 'overhauled' into spike formations that sped toward the small group near his home.

Her head snapped towards Overhaul as he spoke, and she leaped just in time away from the spikes. D*mmit, D*mmit, D*mmit! I'd hoped we'd have more time! As she landed, she turned on the communicator Mr. Noburo had given to her.

"Leapard speaking, we need back up at starting position! Overhaul found us and we could use a few more heroes to keep him occupied!"

She dodged another spike, cleared her head and turned towards the others. They couldn't screw up now. She couldn't screw up now. This was her first official mission, she had to do this.

"Valtablack, Fenhoko, if you guys are ready, let's continue the mission! Shoto, Scareface, keep him busy! Back up will be here soon!"

Fumihito Sanada

Fumihito tensed as Toshika's voice came out of the radio, growing more and more panicked at her every word. N-no, Overhaul is here? And he spotted them? T-Toshika is in danger!

As if on cue, Richard and Lewis straightened up and flexed their muscles, as if hyping themselves up for battle. Fumihito himself bounced on his feet, incredibly scared, but partially wanting to go help his sister and her new friends too.

He was closest to the upcoming spikes as he was staying behind the group, but he managed to avoid the ones coming his way. His eyes were wide in surprise as he looked at Shie Hassaikai's boss there 'nice, just great...' he thought to himself. He personally didn't want to face Overhaul as he knew that he was not an easy opponent 'but this could be my opportunity to get the girl?' he thought to himself.

Shoto Todoroki

He looked at Toshiko rather bored look in his eyes, he didn't like to be still doing anything and didn't really like to be ordered around either. Though he knew that the mission was important and he didn't want a reason to fail the mission, only because he didn't stay still and wait for his turn to act. He turned to look at the upcoming voice before noticing the spiked coming their way with a speed, he used his ice powers to freeze most of them, so they could hit anyone and others could have time to avoid them.

He was already planning to go to use his shadows to sneak around the enemy place before was ordered by Toshiko "yes, yes, I am going to do that already, no need to say it" he said as he rolled his eyes. He vanished into the shadows only a few seconds before the group was noticed by the Overhaul. He peeked to the others near the enemy's place, as he noticed that something happened there, but instead of going back to the group, he sneaked inside the enemy's place using his shadows as a cover.

make sure that she wasn't missing any of the sights that the town had to offer. at some point during her walk, she had moved her headphones back down and around her neck. yes, she had her headphones on- but the volume of the music was low enough that she was able to hear someone next to her. so she was being aware of her surroundings- no falling into manholes or getting run over by a car or something of the sort- or if someone was testing their new quirk out and she was dead center of being hit. honestly she didn't know how her brother could handle it if something like that came to be.

hopefully it won't, otherwise she probably wouldn't hear the end of it and feel guilty. would she though?the answer would be yes, of course she would feel guilty.

averill moved her attention towards her bag, carefully adjusting her strap- not wanting one of the stars to go off on her and blind her temporarily. that would obviously troublesome- as if being out here wasn't already trouble enough.

of leapord's voice coming throught eh headset...was that her? honestly he hasn't quite familiarized himself with everyone that was here. something that he thought that he should've done before all of this, but there was a time and a place to do that- obviously not right now.

nemona placed his hand to the headpiece, the one that was given to him from his sister (she bought it from someplace)- just for him to be able to communicate with others without having to lug around any extra equipment. with that being said, he spoke, "nenoma here- moving in- stay safe." he made sure to keep it short and simple as there wasn't much time for him to give a while monologue while lives were on the line.

it was like any ordinary battle. what he has to complain about?

nemona marched foward, his arms and legs quickly liquidating into a navy-black gaseous state with a dozen of white stars appearing as soon as he took a step- his head soon following suit. he wouldn't be able to communicate with others very easily, but as long as there was communication from the others. the hero move forward, soon to send himself off of the ground with a jump. he quickly reached for his scarf, heading towards the spikes with the aid of his support.

Seeing the small group that had obviously been sent ahead as scouts dodge his brother's attack, he growled and his eyes widen. Bringing his hands up, both palms glowed orange, then red very quickly. He brought them forward as hot magma rushed from them. He jumped into the air moving a arm upward as the magma shot upward in the air. He laughed manically as he soon swung his arm downward and out. This made the magma now fall as if it was rain. "Let 's see you heroes dodge this!"

Watching as magma the size of rain drops fall toward her and her comrades, Fenhoko knew this guy was gonna be a problem to deal with if they didn't stop him soon. But she could think about all that after they survive this attack. She clenched the collar around her neck, knowing if she fully transformed, she would have even more speed and jumping power to the point she could knock Quake out. But would it be worth rampaging afterward? She crouched and jumped outward hoping it was enough to not get hit by the magma rain. But just in case she activated her communicator on her collar, that was synced to the channel that they were using on this mission, "SHOTO, WE NEED COVER UP HERE QUICK!" She hoped that the ice he creates will be thick enough to shield everyone.

Even if Overhaul didn't show up, Sunless knew the fight was gonna be tough. But now with Overhaul in the picture, the fight just got twenty times harder. Hearing Toshika over the communicator needing back up,some heroes started on the move. He nodded to Nemona, another hero who had ties to UA, as he was one of the first to head towards the front to help the group. Sunless pulled some heroes to come with him to help hold off Overhaul and Quake," Wisp, Dynamite, Fumihito and Ninetails; your all coming with me to help them! Let's move out! As for you two.." Sunless looked at Red Riot and Eternity Flame. "I need you to make sure there are no civilians in this area and the next. Escort them away from this zone! We don't need innocent lives to end here today!"

She listened to the phone call to Noboru, making her swallow nervously. She knew that this mission was not an easy one, but she didn't expect it to go wrong so soon. Almost like those villains knew that there is going to be an ambush at their hidden place. She looked to Noburo and then to Kirishima "well then...are you ready reddy? to kick some civilians to the moon" she said half-joking even if this was not the best time for that.

She nervously looked at Noboru when he called for her and a few others to join him to cover the squad group. Only now she realized that this was serious and she or anyone could get badly hurt or maybe even die. She was not even sure about her quirk anymore 'will I be any help to anyone?' she thought to herself, clenching her hands into fists as she looked at the other coming with her 'I had to do this, I am not that weak...' she kept thinking nervously.

His eyes looked to the magma guy at the other side of the Overhaul ' magma quirk...' he thought to himself, for a moment he felt so small and weak. He could inform Shigaragi, but what could that help him, Shigaragi or any of those at the league of villains would not care about his safety at all. Though he did leave his GPS open on his phone, so if Shigaraki wanted to know where he was he could see it. He looked at the two villains there, thinking that he could do something than just stand there, but his quirk was not the best for this kind of situation, his sound waves could easily hurt the students as well.

Shoto Todoroki

He successfully stopped some of the spikes Overhaul blown their way. His eyes looked to the other guy coming out of the house the group was being stalked. He used his ice to make an ice wall to stop the attack, but he knew that magma was hotter than a normal fire, it could melt the ice. He thought for a moment, maybe he could use his fire to weak the magma when it gets through the ice wall he created.

He sneaked into the shadows, wandering around the place where the villains were, looking for the girl, but so far he saw nothing, and what bothered him the most was that he didn't see that many members of Shie Hassaikai either 'I hope this was not a prank to lure us here...or maybe I just could be looking better...' he thought to himself using his shadows to sneak more.

He stayed on the roof of a building near the house, which was being found to be a hiding place for the Overhaul and his group. He felt stupid as he was being walked past this building like a million times when he was being looked for the hideout but never get that this peaceful-looking place could be actually it. His eyes watched the students there when he noticed a female walking there looking at her bag. A sight escaped his mouth as he got down the building and landed near the student "If I would be you, I could not go there..." he said to her "for your own safety turn around" he kept saying.

She did not miss the bored look in Shoto's eyes. Neither did she miss the tone in Valtablack's voice. Well, someone has to act as leader here and I haven't seen either of you doing it! She shook those thought away as quickly as possible though. Dang, I shouldn't get mad now, the mission's at stake.

Thankfully, Mr. Noburo had received her request for back up. That would make it easier. If Overhaul was distracted, he couldn't focus on them. That might create just enough room to get in and find the girl. But she needed Fenhoko to accomplish it. As she barely dodged a stray bit of magma, she noticed Fenhoko touch her collar. She paled. She had learnt about Fenhoko's powers, and she had learnt that if she snapped that collar, she'd rampage. She couldn't carry her in if she was rampaging. And while she was confident in her abilities to complete the mission anyways, the whole point was that she would get her close enough to get the information needed.

"Fenhoko, wait!" She yelled as she fixed her eyes on a far away point just beyond her, leaping towards it with the intention to intercept her and drag her to that spot.

Fumihito Sanada

For a second, Fumihito's breath got stuck in his throat. She was in danger. She was really in danger. Everyone was in danger. Out of all the danger responses, freeze had always been his first one, often followed by flight. But as heroes around him moved and his legs slowly got unstuck, the direction he was starting to run in wasn't back. Not towards the school, where he'd be safe. Not towards a dark alley, where he could hide.

But towards the fight.

Was it years of training under pro heroes? Was it the knowledge that his sister was in danger? Or was it... something else? He wasn't really sure, and honestly, he barely felt like it mattered now. Richard and Lewis stretched themselves out to their full length, placing themselves on the ground and then lifting him up, like they had done so many times before. But this time... it felt different. Real.

He was still at the back of the line. His heart beated wildly and a part of him still wanted to turn tail and run. But he was going. Into the mouth of the beast!
