I will buy most items at 1kt/1g each(unless its something super old then we can talk different prices) Event items are dependent on my demand.
500t or .5g for thing like dirt, grass and hedge from last halloween or other small items of the like(gingerbread not included).

Smaller items like the gingerbread, single leaf or bracelets items for example will be 100t or 10 for 1 gem.

I might want to buy some wishlist store pets. just depends on price.
