Can't speak for wa but I love generations. I think if you like a bit of new content and lots of enhanced play I would get generations. I would get gen, but that's me.
It has new hair for all ages, and new clothing. There's also quite a bit new playing content such as new personalitys and the imaginary friends and the new house stuff. I love it, one of fave expansions c:

After looking at the screenshots for Generations, I think I've decided on that. I'm almost squealing at the screenshots, even though my mom hasn't even said yes yet... xD
Hopefully she'll let me get it. It looks epic.

Yes. Generations. It's a really good expansion. I have WA but honestly, it's not my favourite. It just adds 3 new areas to go to and do adventures, but i'm not the one to want to play with opportunities.

Generations is worth it, though!

I personally like generations better but if you enjoy playing one character and doing quest type things, world adventures is pretty fun.

Mk, it's confirmed, my mom will be buying Generations for my tomorrow morning! I can't wait ; u ;

I have sims 3 {obviously} and two expansion packs, Pets and Master Suite Life.

Right now I have two legacys going, King and Foi {yes, named after one of my favourite people here <3}

So far my sim has had one boy but I wanted a girl so I adopted one and now my sim is having her last child (which is hopefully a girl that looks like her dad). My two sims have grown into adults (not young adults anymore! : P) But for some reason it glitched and she didnt get the pregnancy moodlet when she found out she was pregnant. I think it has something to do with the fact she was mixing an elixir and the action got cancelled but she had to finish mixing it anyway XD It's happened to me once before but it's fine : )

Guys, I'm having Sim trouble. I click somewhere, and my Sim won't move.. she's just standing in the driveway. It's not slow, she's just standing in place. .3. Nothing's preventing her from walking.

If you can't get her to move, just hold Control+Shift+C and the blue bar should come up at the top of the screen. Then type resetSim [Enter you sim's full name here] and press enter. It sends your sim back to their house and i'm not sure but I think it fills up all their needs too. Hope that helped
