That's funny, I just clicked this thread to share that I just started watching Frieren! I binged the first 5 episodes last night and I have been enjoying it a lot so far. I like the cozy and relaxing vibes this show has, which makes it different from a lot of the "newish" anime that is out right now. The animation is to die for and it has beautiful landscapes/backgrounds.

Fellow Frieren enjoyer here! I might just be sensitive, but this show is so good and has made me happy cry already. Every time I finish a new episode, I usually end up thinking pretty heavily about life (not in a bad way though!)

It honestly reminds me quite a bit of To Your Eternity thematically; it’s also a newer anime from within the last few years. I’d definitely recommend either one!

Also Spy X Family. I’m not caught up in this season as I need to find time to watch it with my fiancé, but each and every episode put a smile on my face.

@Okabudge Frieren is so good! It really has made me reflect a lot on life after watching each episode too. I love shows that make you think deeply afterwards. Who is your favorite character?! It also reminds me of To Your Eternity, definetly same vibes going on for sure.

A few episodes into Frieren and loving it so much. I love how it takes its time to stew in the story, really drives home the central theme of the story for me.

Also been following Dungeon Meshi (Delicious in Dungeon) on Netflix and it has been sooo fun. My fantasy bias is probaby showing ^^'

also dungeon meshi over here, having SO much fun with it. ive never wanted to eat monsters more in my life cries. also very excited to see where it goes bc ive seen some manga stuff + the overlap with the witch hat atelier fandom is MASSIVE so i know there's darker stuff lurking in here somewhere.. magnifying glass all over this anime rn.

i also watched my happy marriage and sugar apple fairy tale, they're both really sweet :") apothecary diaries ive been meaning to check out as well, it sounds v fun !

SpyxFamily, and I'm looking to start Frieren soon because it looks right up my alley! Honestly I prefer manga because my attention span for TV is terrible, but I do occasionally watch stuff, especially if I enjoyed the manga!
