My personal favorite isn't on Netflix, but it's really good. It's called Danganronpa. The original is a video game, so you can find playthroughs of it on youtube, but there's also an animated show.
The premise: Hope's Peak High School is a school for the top students in Japan. Everyone selected to enroll at the academy must have a talent, something that they're better at than any one else their age. Except that each year, one regular student with no ultimate talent is selected at random to attend, earning themselves the title of Ultimate Lucky Student. Makoto Naegi is an incoming freshman of Hope's Peak, the year's current Lucky Student. But when he arrives at the school, he discovers that it's been taken over by some sort of mastermind who puppeteers the school's "headmaster" -- a sadistic robotic bear. The headmaster has assembled Hope's Peak's newest students in a killing game. Basically, they have two options: they can grow old and live out the rest of their lives trapped within the walls of the school. Or they can graduate. Graduation is simple: kill one of your fellow students, and get away with it. If you don't get caught, you graduate, and everyone else gets killed as punishment for not solving the mystery. If you're found guilty, you get executed. Naegi feels out of his depth, surrounded by incredibly talented people, and suddenly they've been told they need to kill each other to escape.
It's very dramatic, and watching the murders get solved is super duper entertaining! I definitely recommend it.
