I've seen The Lion King and Hamilton on Broadway, and both are amazing. It's ridiculously difficult to get tickets to Hamilton though.

I've also seen a professional production of A Chorus Line, however I'm not sure if that's on Broadway. I really liked it, but mostly because my mom's a fan so I've been listening to the music my whole life, the actual storyline is kind of stupid.

I had the wonderful fortune of seeing the School of Rock. Extremely talented kids, I'll tell you!
I've seen Wicked when it came to town, and will be seeing Hamilton when it comes too. (My grandmother is fond of musicals). I may try and see the Phantom of the Opera too.
I have seen the Lion King Musical, and it's still so cool to this day.
I'm currently obsessed with Dear Evan Hanson and Rent.
I need to listen to all of Rotten! and Waitress someday.

Can anyone recommend any musicals.

It depends on your taste, but I personally really enjoy Hamilton, Wicked, Cats, Heathers and Phantom of the Opera! Also, whenever people say "All That Jazz" I associate it with Chicago, which is another musical that I'd pretty good from what I heard, but I'm not familiar with it.

Evelyn Evelyn is also very interesting, and I'd highly recommend you give it a listen! It's not exactly a musical tbh, and I don't think it would qualify for one but it's very similar. I have to warn you that it's really dark, so if you're looking for light-hearted happy things look elsewhere XD

I'd suggest Newies! It was the first Broadway show I ever really got into and I've loved it ever since. Also I have to agree with all the others suggesting Dear Evan Hansen, it's so good and the feels man ;w;

I'm quite new to musicals, so i'm not really sure what makes or breaks a good musical, but one of my all time favorites is the movie musical Sweeney Todd. Two of my favorite actors are Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter and they are both in this movie/musical. It's pretty dark and strange but i think that's why i love it so much. C:

hello! i'm a bit of a broadway fanatic. i've seen Les Miserables (my favorite musical, ever) 3 times on broadway (with Ramin karimloo as Jean Valjean!) and 38 times overall. i love a bunch of the popular musicals like Rent, Phantom, and Wicked as well. about a week ago tho, i discovered Heathers the musical and fell in love. honestly it's as good as Les Mis in my opinion. technically it was an off-broadway show, but still. someone please talk to me about it. xD
