Warriors: The power of Three: Eclpise

I finished "And then there were none" by Agatha Christie,
which was amazing. It was so fun, and I liked the plot twist a lot!
....
And now I'm here struggling with "We Were Liars".
This book just.. Man.
I'm on page 147 (out of 244), and finally the characters are doing something!
Incredible!
Also.The first 60 pages of the book don't matter AT ALL.
Because on the 60th page she just does a TL;DR version of the first 60 pages.
Oh, and then it finally figures out the plot, too!


....
And the main character?

"I know it’s not important if our people came over on the Mayflower. It’s not important to be tall. Or blond. That is why I dyed my hair: I don’t want to be the eldest. Heiress to the island, the fortune, and the expectations.
But then again, perhaps I do."

BUT!
I still have not lost all hope.
I believe things can change.
Maybe the book will suddenly become thrilling, beautiful, smart, and unforgettable.
Or whatever it says on the cover...
...
But can you really do that with only 97 pages left?
What if she wastes another 60 pages? c':

All joking aside, I'll finish at, and maybe my opinion will change.
I hope it will.
