Nerima Daikon Brothers is a pretty good short comedy/musical I recently watched that makes fun of corruption. Warning: it's 18+ for adult humor and cursing. The "Dubbed" ending song for it is the best haha; even if you don't watch it, I'd highly recommend listening to the "Dubbed" ending song.

Psycho Pass is good if you want a short action/psychological series. I don't really wanna put an 18+ on it, but it's definitely for mature people. There is cursing and gore. But the characters are interesting and relatable.
Again, curse and gore warning. Personally it doesn't bother me, but I know that's not the same for everyone. It has both subbed and dubbed episodes.

I feel like I should elaborate... it's not that bad but it has pretty inappropriate jokes (nothing is super graphic) and didn't want someone blaming me for not including the warning.

Personally I don't think it's that bad and is safe for mature 13 year olds.

Start off with what Genre you want to watch, and see the descriptions and stuff and decide if you want to watch it, if you are looking for a website then Crunchyroll and if you can't watch what you want, Kissanime

Um. . . .
I don't know. You can choose what to watch by knowing what you like and reading descriptions and stuff. You can also watch YouTube videos. There are a lot that will list a whole bunch of animes from different years and genres.
I'm not very picky about what website I watch anime on so I won't be of much help there.

I loved the movie! I saw it before I even knew what anime was! I think Sgt. Frog is a good comedic anime, and Boku no Hero Academia is a good newish anime about a society of superheroes
