There was the breifest of moments before kimball and wash showed up during carolina's heart felt talk with him where he was actually going to lay down his arms, you could see it in the facial expression, but after seeing wash and kimball, he continued on.

So there was so much potential. A lot more then felix had in a way.

However, the possibility of learning about felix and locus' time during the great war together, could also open up potential for felix to and make him more relatable by learning why he did what he did and all, especially to locus, his supposed brother in arm.
And to also learn if they were bounty hunters before the war or after, if after, what happened to siris as well as what hapened between that time that further turned felix to the dark side. Was it just the money or something more? Why he started fearing locus and so on and so forth.

Theres just so much they could do.

Frankly, what we really need, is a more indepth history on a lot of characters that are severely lacking it
I'd like a bit more history on Felix beyond the three episodes he and Locus got during s14
And Sharkface lacks a lot of history and development beyond his brief appearance during the pfl saga
So either him coming back (in an attempt for further development) or some history would be okay to me

And (just seeing your edit regarding Locus x-x), that'd be interesting to see. Locus could do some explaining instead of appearing and then disappearing
It'd really help in his quest to make things right

Agreed.

Not to mention since Wash had a redemption and joined the blues.
And its said so many times thoughtout the trilogy that wash and locus in a way are similar.
I'd love to see locus join red team.

Honestly, I can see Locus joining the Reds and Blues
Since Wash more or less joined the Blue team, that means Red team is due for someone from the outside to join the team
Like Locus
I'd love to see Locus join Red team, too
We need more Locus


New arc title confirmed : The Shisno Paradox

And Tucker actually had development as a person, he was opening up to Wash and others after acting like everything was okay for so long. When we all knew it wasn't true.

From what I know it went downhill really bad, though I wont spoil at all.

But in personal opinion? Just watch Season 16 for some details on the characters. The story itself is a mess and a half.
