Pretty much this exactly! I think I already posted in here about why I dislike Taylor's music, but I don't think I added in country. I grew up with country music and used to love it, but that was before I knew songs existed in different genres.

Also, I deeply hate Christmas music, the classics have never sounded good to me and only a very small select few modern songs sound decent.

i dont like this new wave of emo music that keeps getting advertised to me on tiktok like it literally sounds like everything was recorded isolated and put together and its really polished? i hate it. i really prefer when more alternative music is really low production it just sounds right when the drums sound like a tin of beans and the vocalists voice cracks and the guitarists hit some wrong notes here and there....but thats just me....

also i cannot stand british/uk rap. i am british. i love modern rap, 90s rap, i love old school hiphop, i love garage, jungle, drum and bass (all of the parent genres of uk rap) but i just cant. it makes me wish i didn't have ears. idk what it is about it. i like some songs but its so hard for me to want to listen to uk rap consistently. maybe the accent cringes me out because i live in a rough area where everyone sounds like a roadman. idk
