Banner Help?

I am on mobile, just saying. I use a tablet and an iPod. My iPod is much faster.
Anyways, I was wondering how to add in a picture of a pet onto a banner while having another background. On my tablet, I have BeFunky, if that helps. I mainly use bannerfans, but I am open to other sites.(hopefully good with mobile devices.)

As far as I know, Lunapic has a mobile editor which you should be able to make banners on. It would be easier to do it on PC though, or you could take a look around the art shops forum and see if anyone would be willing to do it for you! (:
