I want to create a website that is similar to a mix of Animal Jam and Chicken Smoothie but I don't know how. How exactly would somebody create such a website and what knowledge would somebody need to create such a website?

The more basic parts of chickensmoothie require HTML and CSS, and the more advanced parts javascript. Things like animal jam require much more advanced coding knowledge though, so I definitely recommend you start out with the above ones! (:
