Would I be allowed to use a CS pet for a sig box? I think so, but correct me if I'm wrong.
im basically never on, so if you wanna with trade me or if you message me, be prepared to wait a while for a response. this account is first and foremost a personal archive for sentimentality's sake as it was a big part of my childhood.

yes, aslong as you don't edit the lines in any way, it's allowed. check my sig box, for example.

You can use paint to decorate, but you still need a program like Photoshop or GIMP for a transparent background and to split the images.
