Negotiable (adjective) : 1. open to discussion or modification.
Still don't understand what negotiable means? what I mean is.... basically this means that I am open to offers of what the price of the artwork you order for should be, like we can openly discuss about it and we'll work things out from there, hopefully things will be easier this way! also I prefer the prices to be in C$, possibly items or in pets <3
