• Please be patient when waiting. We do have lives, and we can't predict when these will be done. Your request could take anywhere from a day to a few weeks.

• If you've been waiting for a long time and want to make sure we haven't forgotten, shoot me a PM, dont spam the thread.

• Orders will only be accepted if there is an open slot.

• Unless you're a close friend, prices are not negotiable. If you do not like the art, I still expect the full price. I will not have people claiming to not like it just to get a discount. I will gladly make minor adjustments for free, like changing colors/slight line adjustments, etc. But if you are requesting a complete redraw of part of the drawing, I will tack on a small extra fee.

• Feel free to send your trade first, or wait until we send you the art. Whatever floats your boat.

• You may repost, use, resize, etc. the art we've made for you, just credit us wherever you use it. (Feel free to link back to our shop, too!)

• You may not do any of the above until the artist has received payment.

• Do not remove our signatures, claim our art is yours, re-sell, re-create, trace over, or copy the art.

• Please be kind and respectful towards us, we're both learning artists, we make mistakes just like all human beings.

• Feel free to PM me with any questions! Don't be scared that you're bothering me, you're not!

• Since Moonhigh is a COPPA, I will be speaking for her in this thread. Questions for her can be PMed to me as well, just make it clear its for her.

• I'm truly happy, but I wasn't expecting to get swamped with requests ouo because of this I'm setting a rule that you can only order two things at once(one from each of us, not both from one, unless its a couple piece which would be double the payment). Also, if you're ordering the second time within a week, I'm likely to decline your request in favor of giving other people a turn.
