Breaking any rules will result in a strike
and/or instant Ban.

-You are not allowed to use
anything from the shop
unless we PM you and consulted with you.

- You are not allowed to steal anything
from this shop.

-A payment has to be sent before we are going to
make you your signature. We will not accept until
the signature is done. If a trade hasn't been sent
two days after you sent your form
into the shop, any further wait causes a loss of
Signature and Time.

- You must provide at least three images
for your signature. A simple
'collections' of an image is not what we want.

- If the image you want us to use is not owned
by you, nor is it official art/gifs, nor a free to
use, you must have express permission from the
artist/creator. A screenshot would be nice,
permission is not needed for anything official,
or owned by you.

- Please show respect to the Coders
(Thank yous are appreciated uwu)

- Do not remove Signature or Art Credit ever,
this will result in an instant ban.

-Do not submit a form when the shop is a
Work In Progress or Closed.

-Don't spam the thread and Don't mini-mod.
We don't need the extra clutter.

-Depending on the coder there is a
reservation limit and it shall be listed
in their about's.

-Do not submit a form to one of us
if it's something that we can't do.

-You are only allowed to order once a week.

-Do not repost forms, just PM the mod
that you are waiting for. If editing just edit
the first form you made. Do not repost

-You aren't allowed to gift/sell/give any of the
signatures, formats, or images in this shop without
permission from the one you ordered from.

-You aren't allowed to message us constantly
at all no matter what the reason it is. We will
cancel your signature order.

-No vague details.
Like don't put down 'any mod'
or any images is fine because this would
end up making this much more difficult for
us mods. Please fill the form out as much detail as
possible. Thank you!

-Before sending a request please actually look at
the mod's about page so you would know what they
will do and won't do.



-More will be added if needed uwu

Spam/Mini-Mod: A Strike
Anything Else: Varies

The name of the game here is three strikes
and you are out.
Depending on reason for bans you
may be able to come back.

Who are the Mods?
There is Max and Myself. We got a new mod!
Rize shall be making signatures alongside us.

Can we be a mod?
Right now probably no. We are still
new so we are really just keeping this
between friends.

How much do you expect us to pay?
Check in each mod's About. So you could
find payments easily!

How do we order?
Follow the rules and submit a form!

What's with the Fire Emblem?
Well it's Fire Emblem...so duh?

What's with the shop image?
Let's just say I made that at 3 in
the morning with no sugar keeping me up.

What's with the title?
Well Despair Eyes was made from our favorite
animes. Despair from Dangan Ronpa and the
Eyes part from the eye abilities in Kagerou
Days.

Is there a way to ask about you personally?
Right now no? I see no reason for that now,
but maybe later I could try and find an 'Ask me?'
Though we have tumblrs T u T

Will you teach us your talent?
Probably not. Last time I taught someone
to make a signature they stole a lot of my
ideas...so no thanks...

Will there be a thread for discussion?
Nooo? Maybe not? Again like the ask thing
Maybe later when I am confident this is a
decent shop? I don't know now since a lot
of shops are there.

How would we know if you don't want to do something?
Just look at our 'About' Pages!

Do you guys do avatars?
Yes for free unless you want something complicated.
Then it would be at a price.

Any other things we should know?
Well First Be Respectful
Two act like an adult then we will treat you as such.
Three CREDIT EVERYTHING NOT YOURS
Four if something is wrong with signature PM mod who you asked to make it
Five Be paitient
Six Do not break rules.
Finally never never never try and steal our things. We will be VERY irritated.
(As we spend HOURS on these signatures maybe even WEEKS (At least for me lol))

The name's Silvy I am a huge RPG dork and
enjoys coding. I am mostly interested in signatures
that could keep my muse going. For Payment on
my end I would say 2 2009 rares or one very rare of 2010.

Overall I will do the following:
