You shiver, feebly rubbing your hands together. The sun shines weakly through the trees and abandoned rides, the last light of the day casting shadows from everything it touches. You glance around, surrounded by towering, rusted giants, and you feel even more nervous. A merry-go-round-'Not so merry anymore', you think to yourself-rests in the chest-high grass, slowly and idly turning in the wind. An enormous wooden roller coaster sits to your left, a large break in the track at the top of the highest slope. You shiver, hoping that it didn't break while any riders were on board. You take a deep breath, and swear you can smell caramel corn...
"Come one, come all...."
You jump, eyes wide. You could have sworn you just heard a distant voice, winding through the trees.
"Don' be shy, evry'body wins a prize....."
There it was! You accelerate to a trot, ears pricked to pick up any other blips of the voice. In your haste, you don't even notice the thick viney brambles that catch your feet, as you're propelled face-first into the dirt.
"We-hell, we got a bit of a clutz 'ere, don't we?"
You whip your head up and see the owner of the voice....

"Well, well, well! Yer wantin' to take a dip in the apple-bob? Yer gonna have to cough up some dough, but we'll get to that later. Ye can call me, 'The Shopkeeper', but some people call me 'The Crooked Man', yee know, like that ol' fairy tale? Anyways, I bet yer wonderin' what kinda prizes you can get 'eer! Well, yer in luck, cause this 'eer apple-bob just so happens to be magical.
Yep, ya heard me right. Yer not gonna win no ordinary apples 'eer, no sir-ee. 'Cause when you take a little bite of the apple 'ya bob, it'll cause a creature to appear before yer eyes! I've seen all sort'sa fellas appear- from the friendliest little critters to host'l beasts that'll darn-near tear yer head off! Most of 'em seem to be quadripedal, but sometimes 'ya get somea' them weird half-human critters. They spawn pretty slowly sometimes- I've even seen one take a good three days to appear completely. So be patient!
Don't believe it? Toss me a bribe and see what 'ya get....
Oh, and after 'ya get 'yer apple, send over the bribe. I won't be able to let 'ya take a bite until 'ya send it!"
We got a Candy Apple Special goin' on now!
Seems that the creatures spawnin' lately are all candy-based. If ye take a dunk, all the apples seem to be candied with all sortsa sweets. I've seen apples dipped in caramel, peppermint, chocolate, sprinkles, all sortsa' stuff! Some even got fillin', like ice cream, hot fudge, an' all that. I don't got a sweet tooth myself, but if ye do, fill out theh form right there:

Rotten apple: Mutant or monster creature
Fuzzy apple: Furry creature
Rough apple: Scaled creature
Winged apple: Winged creature
Soft apple: Friendly creature
Crunchy apple: Hostile creature
Radioactive apple: Glowing creature
Leafy apple: Natural creature
Any other descriptions will also work, but these will guarantee certain qualities of your critter.

"I ain't too picky with what'cha give me, but it's gotta be worth somethin'. I've heard this here list is a pretty good indication of what's worth anything, so I'll only be takin' creatures you find on there. What's that? "Slave-trade"? Naw naw buddy, it's not like that, I swear....
Erherm, anyway. Now those there pets'r all worth different stuff. The higher value the pet 'ya give me, the longer I'll let'cha spend in the apple-bob, and the longer ya stay in, the better chance you'll get somethin' rare."
Mostly 'cause I put lead weights in all the rarest apples, so they sink pretty darn far, eheheh..."

September: Rare to Very Rare, possibility of getting two apples!
Main List: Very rare, guaranteed two apples, chance to receive three!
"Oh, 'n the rarest apple'sll spawn the coolest lookin' critters, with the most complex look to 'em. Common apples'll still give 'ya pretty cool critters, but they'll be more simple than the rare ones."
