Character/series/theme: alice, from alice in wonderland (1951 version). could the colour theme be the colours of her dress, hair and other elements from the film? i think the codes are roughly #41A2D5 and #F5F4F0, but you're the artist, and i'd rather you just made something that looked good, regardless of the exact colours.
