TERMS OF SERVICE
- USD commissions will be prioritized.
- I have the right to reject any commission that I do not want to draw for any reason.
- Please send payment after I have confirmed you have a slot and have requested you to send payment after completing the sketch.
- Once I have begun the commission, a refund cannot be accepted. I typically wait up to a day to begin the piece.
- However, feel free to ask me to wait a certain period before I begin any work!
- I will message you via your preferred means any revisions after the sketching phase.
- There will be two free revisions. A fee will be added for the third+ change, unless there was a mistake on my part.
- Depending on the complexity of the piece, I may take a week to a month to complete your commission.
- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know.
- If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please message ASAP so we can resolve it together!
USAGE POLICY
- All drawings will include my signature by default.
- I may use your artwork to advertise my work in the future.
- Please do not claim my artwork as your own.
- USD COMMISSIONS ONLY: You may buy the rights of the image for non-personal use (commercial or monetized) at any time. Please negotiate with me off-site for non-personal usage and rights.
- Once the commission is completed, you may:
- Use it for personal reasons (social media, profile pictures, etc.)
- Print it on paper or on a product (please show me if you do, Iβd love to see my art as a physical product!)
- Use on monetized sites (such as YouTube) as long as the artwork is not used as a cover/thumbnail or otherwise a main focus.
