This is fair right? Its a trade with my sister and i really dont trade that much so i wanna make sure shes not overpaying or anything.

Unfair to the person on the top, I'd say; a 2022 rare for a 2023 rare is already overpay, add in the 2019 very uncommon and it's even further overpay. I know the '23 dog is an Easter token pet, but other than that I don't believe it has any sort of special demand or value. Anyone's free to correct me, though!

Unfair to the bottom.

... that is a store pet (top), 2021-2022 are considered to be worth 1 old rare, or 30-40c$ depending on the species and demand, etc. I personally wouldn't trade it for the dog, no. Unfair to the top, as their dog is only worth about 7c$, according to Horror's guide, at least.

edit: and this one if at all possible -i know the slumber party pets have more demand but no idea how that would affect trades

First one I'm not going to try. The 2nd one, unfair to the bottom. While 2 of the '13 pets looks OK for the '11 pet, you also have the 2 '16 pets. It's unfair to the bottom.
