i think it seems about fair, but how does demand factor in? i prefer stores to non stores, but im not sure. would love a second opinion!

I say they are missing 1 old rare. But otherwise trade is fair
By my quick count they are giving 10 old rares. Some pets with demand attached to them.
Your side is worth 11 old rares. But I would take this.
Feel free to ask for another opinion though.
