That Dog is just a Halloween 2016 Rare so not worth much more than that even as a special lineart edit. :) The right person might pay just a little extra for him but not much.

However I will answer while I'm here, I believe he's from 2016, he is just worth a 2016 rare and doesn't have any particular demand, however he could probably get an extra recent uncommon or two because of the species and I believe its an event pet? But generally,, he's just a 2016 rare:)
