I looked on horror's list and didnt see this on any tiers. as far as i know, this pet doesnt have any recognizable demand.
a 1;1 swap with another 2010 ER would be fine, so this seems like overpay

Your Moon Tree Dog is quite high demand, a month ago someone said it's trading for 0.5-1MA, and in a recent auction from February it was traded for a grinner+, the grinner being 2MA by itself. An auctioned pet usually gets higher than it usually trades for but the demand is very good, so I wouldn't necessarily say it's overpay to either side though I don't recognise their pets as extra valuable outside of being '10 VRs, and not particularly good demand ones at that.
That is to say, I think it's fair ish. I think you could probably get more, maybe not, but the value is mainly from demand.
