Your side seems to be on the upper end of .5non hovering around 6MA but I didn't count all the smaller rares and so could be more than that. My understanding is the apple goes for .25-.5non or 3-6MA and so you may be offering on the upper end. I would search the apple in the recent trade thread to see how it's doing demand wise, but I'd say honestly this looks a bit unfair to you and that you could maybe even take off the warrior at the end, but get a second opinion! There's a lot of counting here!

As for your other question, this trade unfortunately (ugh trading is hard and sucks) would be incredibly unfair to the Phoenix. The Phoenix is worth much more than the UR apple and has considerably more demand. You would need to take the pets you have and multiply them by quite a bit. I'd check Horror's guide if you can to get a sense for value differences!
