At one point or another, we've all wondered how much a pet or item is worth in C$.
Reading the rest of this post will help you find all of the valuations you'll need!
By knowing how much a pet is worth initially, a price for C$ can be estimated. Keep in mind that while these are base values for pets, what people are willing to pay may be drastically different. Think hoard pets or dreamies, as well as when pets have "high" or "low" demand. Demand varies from person to person, so some may give fair swaps for pets like lions or rats, while others may over or under pay for them due to their species alone.
Generally, as a pet gets older and rarer, it is worth more in C$. So a 2009 rare is not worth the same as a 2023 rare.
With the newest rarity update, though, some people are swapping pets of the same rarity 1:1 throughout all years, others have 3 year gaps or 5 year gaps as opposed to the previous 3-month rule. Some only have 1-year gaps.
So a 2021 Rare could equal a 2010 rare, a 2016 rare, or only 2018 rare depending on who you're trading with. The bigger the gap there is, the more likely you are to have to add.
