The goal of this guide is to act as a resource for pet/item releases from past mini-events!
The definition for a mini-event will be any release of pets/items to celebrate an event, occasion, or holiday that is not assigned its own category in the archive.
What this guide will include:

- Pet/item releases that fall under the definition for a mini-event, as listed above.
- Mini-events that usually have a designated archive tab, but do not have a tab for the given year it was celebrated.
^ e.g. Leap Year 2020 vs. 2016, the latter does not have a designated tab and therefore will be included. - Themed item/pet releases in the C$ Store - this does not include general additions to the C$ Store.
^ e.g. new wigs released in the store will not be included, but a store set dropped to celebrate a specific occasion will (2012 Olympics). - Staff Birthdays - while these releases usually have a designated tab, there are scattered item/pet releases & adoption dates throughout the archives.
What this guide will NOT include (at this time*):

- Large site-wide events - Easter, Summer Vacation, Halloween, Advent/Christmas
- Pride month (June) - there is a pride related guide located here!
- The Great CS Cake Contest - all items associated with this event were only given to those who participated; as these were not widely distributed, they are not included in this guide.
- Smaller site events that have their own archive tabs* - New Year, Lunar New Year (formerly Chinese New Year), Valentine's Day, Leap Year, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day, April Fools, CS Birthday, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa.

*If there is interest in having these additional smaller site events (with archive tabs) into this resource to have everything consolidated into one thread, please feel free to let me know and I am happy to revisit adding them at a later date! ^^
