rarity wise, it's unfair to them- as your side has a '10 rare and their's has an '09.
normal pets like this are typically worth the three month rule.

demand wise- sitting cats seem to have high demand, however it all depends on how you/your trading partner view them xx

It's fair; your side is worth 7-8 2009 rares and they're offering you 8. Demand-wise though it's up to you!
