Is it worth anything? I feel like I've heard of it being worth something, but I could just be flashing back to my Gaia Online days

i will say in general i value animal eggs as worth a rare of their release year since they’re not free items like most event items. they’re harder to get, thus making them a bit more valuable in my eyes. plus they’re similar to plushie items and are often collected by a good amount of users.

I disagree with this. Banner items have typically been around an uncommon each, but with the rarity changes, that's to be determined if it still sticks. I have never had a hard time finding animal eggs at all unless they're the older ones, so I really don't feel the recent ones are worth a rare at all. I also have had no issue offering commons for free items.
